1. Initiating the Return:

Start by sending an email to to initiate the return process. Please note that returns without prior notification won't be accepted, and customers risk losing their refund eligibility. In your email, include the following details:

  •       Order Number

  •       Item(s) you intend to return

  •       Reason for the return


2. Return Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product. If the received item is damaged or faulty, provide relevant details in your return email.

    We offer two options for return shipping:

     a. Choose your courier and cover the return label expenses yourself.

     b. Contact us to obtain a return label and opt for a pickup at your address or a designated pickup point. In this case, a fee will be deducted directly from your refund:

  •     Italy: €8

  •     Europe: €15

  •     Outside Europe: €20


3. Packaging and Condition:

    Ensure that the items being returned are in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using the original packaging to safeguard the items during transit.


4. Timeframe:

    Initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned items must reach us within 30 days from the delivery date.


5. Refund or Exchange:

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we'll proceed with the refund or exchange as per your request. If you prefer an exchange, specify the desired item in your return email.


6. Refund Method:

    Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned items.

 Items returned beyond the specified timeframe or failing to meet the return policy conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

 Products must be unwashed, unaltered, and show no signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition without any marks.

 All shoes and accessories must be returned with original tags, boxes, and accessories intact, as they are considered integral parts of the product and should not be damaged or altered in any way.

 As per the Consumer Code, the consumer is responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

 For shipments outside the EU, we cannot offer refunds if the customer refuses the package or attempts to avoid customs duties. We will not be responsible for any customs duties/taxes/VAT under any circumstances.

 Unauthorized returns may be refused. Products not meeting the terms and conditions outlined in our return policy will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
