Our products are handmade by our artisans and require approximately 1-5 working days (Available items), 5-10 working days (Pre-order items).


As soon as your order is completed and ready for delivery, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.

- Standard delivery - within 2-5 working days:

- € 10 for orders up to € 349



- Standard delivery - within 4-7 working days:

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Through the tracking number that will be sent to you at the time of shipment, you can check the expected delivery date for your package and any updates on the status of your delivery. Once the order is placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address. The delivery times indicated are to be considered purely indicative, and a delay compared to them does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery and request compensation or indemnity. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal staples). Regarding deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.




When the order is shipped, the Customer receives an email with the tracking number to be able to view the progress of the shipment. The email informs them of the shipment, the delivery date, and the address.




Upon receipt of the goods, customers are invited to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or damaged, customers are invited to sign the receipt with reservation or refuse delivery. In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are invited to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact us at the address ordini@lancioshoes.com

All customs fees will be borne by the end customer. All customers placing an order enter into a commercial relationship with Lancio s.r.l. and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the package. If the goods are not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, wrong phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer by Lancio s.r.l.
